Utilizing the valuable information gained from section one, I start writing or developing the training materials required to bridge gaps and gain alignment. An introduction of new materials will be required through performing one on one training or work unit group training sessions in order to ensure a complete understanding of role expectations.

It's true that businesses can’t manage what they don’t measure and in this section I dive into developing key performance measuring tools and set benchmark standards for the business to gauge employees performance success. It’s through regular routine employee assessments, providing positive feedback and continuous training, can a company hope to gain employee support and maximum employees performance to continuously improve productivity.
