As a learner, I have attended many different types of training programs throughout my carrier and I’ve experienced many different approaches to training. The tools and skills that were given are easy to use and allow me to streamline my processes in a deliberate and strategic way. JD’s approach to hands-on training was where I learned the most and it was backed up by my written test scores. Truly was my pleasure to meet JD and experience his training methods.

“Wow Factor”
My business didn’t really have a formal employee onboarding or training program in place and as a result bad employee habits were being transferred to new employees and my business was suffering. When I engaged the services of John W. Davidson, I must say I was sceptical however as I observed this 3-phase approach materializing in front of my eyes (Observation, Alignment, Contiguous Improvement) it was easy to see the benefits of having this structure within my company. JD did put clarity to role definition, provided work unit structure, also helped me implement progress monitoring and follow-up action planning. It was totally worth it and if you are a small business in this same situation I would highly recommend!

Crazy as it seems management doesn’t know everything. This became more apparent as we joined JD during the observation phase of the program. His moto “lifting the fog” was an understatement as we started to see the gaps in company expectation and what was actually being delivered by the company work force. Our company is profitable but noticed through the gaining alignment phase there were efficiencies we could implement that would streamline processes, reduce delivery timelines, increase worker productivity and effectively make the company more money. The key measures report helps us understand where we have been, how we are doing now and allows us the opportunity to course correct before any major impact to the bottom line.
